Determination of the Amount of Liquid in the Receiver

Another method for finding the amount of liquid refrigerant receiver is as follows. Cooling water in the condenser off. The compressor can operate. If the liquid line warms up quickly, it indicates the insufficient refrigerant. Another indication of the changes in pressure, after the water is turned off. It rises quickly. Rapid pressure drop indicates too little liquid refrigerant receiver.

Lack of refrigerant is likely due to leaks in equipment. A careful check should be made of all connections and parts which can, perhaps, the " brain". This should be done before the device is being charged and put into operation...
