Some machines are equipped with refrigerant liquid level indicators. Petcocks are mounted in the side of the receiver of the liquid at a certain height. If the liquid refrigerant leaves, when the drain valve is open, refrigerant level, at least from that height. Two petcocks usually provided. When opened, the couple must come from the top petcock.
