Water - Ammonia Absorption Chiller

Water absorption of ammonia one effect chillers can be used for applications requiring temperatures ranging from -40C to +5C. the preferred source of heat, and the temperature of 95C to 180 C. cooling water used for cooling the absorber and the condenser. For use in temperatures below -40C to -60C, cooling should be provided for chilled water 10C 15C. These refrigerators are at moderate pressure and vacuum are not required to -30C.

Vacuum pumps required to start the machine; after this equilibrium state is maintained by the physical and chemical phenomena.

The capacity of the absorption chiller can be easily regulate the heat consumption for the chiller i.e. controlling the consumption of steam, firing speed, etc.

Crystallization of Libr in the chiller was a question earlier. But now the improved control has overcome this problem. The problem of damage to the pipe due to Li Br corrosion was again came to the use of corrosion inhibitors and ensure the adequate reflection in the selection of pipe material and thickness...
