Electric gate valves (Fig. 9.6)are required for the refrigerant and other schemes. They take the form of the piston is controlled by a solenoid and work directly on the valve hole or by servo drive. The usual arrangement to include an electromagnet to open the valve and de-energize the close. Up to 50 mm hole pipe connections. In addition, the solenoid valve serves as a pilot primary servo (see Fig. 9.7).

Solenoid valves are used in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems for refrigerant lines (The psychrometric chart), oil pressure pipes (to control the oil return, the ability reducers), and water and compressed air lines.
