Theory cooling evaporator involves the transfer of heat from the air circulating through the evaporator refrigerant. As the warm air comes in contact with a vaporizer, air molecules strike fins and release some of their energy (some heat transfer) fin. This heat, in turn, passes through the fins. Then it passes through the tube. Ingress of liquid refrigerant inside the tube, heat transmission fluid.
