Parallel-combined compressors
Parallel-combined compressors should be installed with the oil equalization between the compressor crankcase, otherwise depending on the compressor(s) will run most of the steal oil from other compressors). Oil alignment can be entered by setting the alignment of the tube between oil sumps. In systems with a balance pipe must be installed between the compressor oil sumps and should be of such diameter that oil, and vaporous able to pass through it freely.
With the adjustment of two pipes (Fig. 1) One tube must be installed between the compressor oil sumps, another steam compressor cameras (crank cases). When installing the oil equalization in any of the forms described, compressors must be installed exactly the same horizontal plane.
Oil level controls (Fig. 2) Oil alignment is also possible using oil level regulators. If they are used, compressors can be set at different levels. However, the level of control is much more expensive than the adjustment pipes. The following components are required with oil level regulation:
- Oil separator (1)
- Valve pressure equalizing (2)
- The oil reservoir (3)
- Oil filter (4)
- Oil level regulator (5)
Remember that each of the compressor must be protected with the help of high pressure, control, for example. KP5.
