Component storage

All components must have a temperature not lower than that of their surroundings before they are opened. This prevents condensation in the components. For example, the components should not be placed immediately after they were brought in from the cold service van into a warm room.

Cutting of the pipes

Tube should be reduced with a cutter or cut. Never use any lubricant/refrigerant. Remove internal and external means of the special tool for deburring. Avoid copper shavings entrance to the pipe. Use calibration tools to ensure the necessary diameter and roundness.

Cleaning of pipes

Blow through the pipe with the help of explosion dry compressed air or dry nitrogen. Never use a normal compressed air contains too much moisture. Never blow through the pipeline through the mouth. The pipelines that were prepared for further use, shall be laid ready, sealed ends, together with other components...
