Silver soldering (soldering)
Silver solder consists of 30% of silver, copper, zinc, and tin. In melting range is slightly more than 655C about 755C. Silver solder will communicate only with clean, nonoxidized metal surfaces. Clean the ends of the pipe with a special brush and flux immediately, immediately before soldering. Silver soldering should be suspended in spirit, never water. Spread a thin layer of flux around the soldering point after the parts are connected.
Silver solder can then be used for the permanent joining of different materials, for example. brass/copper and iron/copper.
Phosphorus solder
Phosphorus solder is 2-15% of silver, copper and phosphorus. The melting range of about 640C-740C. Flow should not be used when making solder phosphorus. Phosphorus solder can be used only join copper to copper...
