Vacuum pump
The vacuum pump should be capable of quickly bringing the system pressure is about 0.05 mbar. Pump capacity, for example. 20 l/min Effective evacuation requires large-diameter pipes. Vacuum hoses
Vacuum hoses and tubes should be as short as possible and sufficiently large diameter. As a rule, normal 1/4" hoses, not more than 1 m in length can be used. Evacuate in two stages with the refrigerant flushing between. The evacuation process, flushing, and charging described below.
Check the vacuum pump and hoses
- Mount charging hoses between charging Board and the compressor. Disabling the connection between charging hoses and compressor.
- Start the pump and let him suck blood pressure down, to the extent possible.
- Disconnect the pump from the rest of the system.
- Stop the pump.
- Readings and record the pressure of the vacuum gauge. Pressure shall be not more than 0.05 mbar.
- Make sure that the vacuum can be saved. If not, replace the charging hoses and/or leaking faucets and/or vacuum oil in the vacuum pump.
