Zeotropic Mixtures

Mix on the basis described above, mainly, of two or three substances are classified as Zeotropic Azeotropic mixture or mixtures. Zeotropic mixture behave differently in the system compared to a single substance. While a single substance has one evaporating/condensing temperatures, zeotropic mixtures evaporate and condense through a small temperature range, and said they had temperature glide. Temperature glide difference between bubble temperature (if the refrigerant saturated and evaporate and dew, temperature (when saturated vapour is about seal).

This property can lead to increased cooling capacity when the refrigerant and the cooled fluid in counter flow, can lead to uneven accumulation of ice leads to problems in thawing and may be difficult to use in flooded systems. If required, the refrigerant would also have to be removed, as the fluid from the system to prevent changes in the composition of the remaining refrigerant in the system.

Azeotropic Mixture

Mixtures that do not have a temperature glide are called azeotropic mixture, and they behave as a single substance. for example. R502 and R507.

Hydrocarbons (HC)

Housing is highly flammable and security is a major concern. They are used in domestic refrigerators. However, in India, they require attention, because most of the refrigerator repair market in the unorganised sector leadership, and complications associated with security...
