What if condenser is under Capacity?

Technical information Refrigeration Condenser capacity

Capacitor

Capacitor removes heat from the cooling system. The heat absorbed by the evaporator and moved along to the condenser, compressor. Because these components are interconnected, they depend on each other for proper operation. If one stops to function as it should, the whole system suffers. This is true, condenser, as with any other component. When the capacitor is rejects too little heat, he becomes a bottleneck for the heat-moving capacity of the cooling system. The system is only as strong as its weakest component.

Some of the reasons for insufficient capacity of the condenser are:

  1. The wrong choicestunted capacitor
  2. Airflow obstruction air-cooled condenser
  3. Water flow blockage water cooled condenser
  4. #2 or #3 or combination evaporative condenser
  5. Dirty condenser coil any type
The first of these is an engineering error. If the system is ever delivered adequate cooling at peak capacity (rated load) conditions, however, is not a criminal.

Other reasons are much more common. They can be seen high in saturated temperature and pressure of the refrigerant in the condenser compressor discharge (pressure).

Excessively high head, is the main cause of malfunction of the compressor. Short failure, high temperatures that go with it causing pollutants in the cooling system to do more harm than they would be at lower pressures. This is because the velocity of chemical reactions between pollutants, such as water and refrigerant, oil and compressor materials doubled every 18F temperature increase of discharge. Excessive discharge pressure increases bearing load on the compressor and the efficiency is reduced. Whenever performance is likely to suffer, maintenance costs go up...
