Types of capacitors are determined in accordance with the liquid to which they reject heat. As they say, the usual fluid, air, water, or a combination of the two. Each of them are easily accessible, easily handled, and exists at temperatures that allow adequate heat transfer. Since water, there are generally at a lower temperature than air, it has the potential to provide improved heat transfer and better operating efficiency. First-cost and fees for maintenance of water-water systems, however, tend to run higher than those of air-cooled systems...
