Mechanical Ventilation
Mechanical ventilation differs from natural ventilation, mainly, that the air circulation is carried out by mechanical means (for example, fans or blowers). In natural ventilation, air caused to move under the action of natural forces. In mechanical ventilation required air changes are affected partly by diffusion, but mostly positive currents driven electrically operated fan or blower, as shown in Fig. 3-5.
