Moisture in the System

Many troubles in the refrigeration systems can be traced in the presence of moisture. Moisture circulates in the presence of oil and refrigerant under high temperatures (compressor and condenser). When applying through the system, moisture has many complex effects.

Moisture can freeze in the refrigerant management hole eventually clogging. In hermetic systems, it may also cause chemical breakdown. It occurs between oil, refrigerant, and the motor winding insulation. Acid, which destroy the motor windings are created. Urgent action is needed to remove the moisture, or make moisture harmless. This will avoid many troubles.

If the moisture content is sufficiently high and low temperature, ice separates from refrigerants. Tyres occurrence and degree of separation depends on the type of refrigerant and temperature. Many service technicians installing large dryers system on a temporary basis. These blocks quickly clean up the system and remove moisture. To remove the device, close the valve в„– 1. Wait until most of the refrigerant is removed from the dryer. Then close the valve в„– 3, and to open the crane в„– 2. The system is now back in operation. Then close the valves в„– 4 and в„– 5, Delete the connection lines and cover the holes. Be careful, there can be high pressure in the lines and some fluid...
