Sight Glasses
Sight glasses are usually installed in the liquid line of commercial objects. Sight glass will show bubbles, if the system is low on refrigerant. Sight glass may show multiple bubbles when you first start the system. Or, they can appear only as a system stops. This is normal alignment actions and do not indicate a lack of refrigerant.
Bubbles may also show a restriction in the path before the inspection glass. This may be due partially obstructed land, screen, or filter.
