Technical information Industrial Pressure Motor Control

Pressure Control Engine

Pressure motor control, as a rule, are installed on the capacitor. It is operated by a low-pressure side. Some companies offer a connection control on the low side of the suction line. Control should be placed about 10' 15' from the compressor. Vibration, impacts on will be reduced.

The range of settings vary with the application. Neckline pressure should be installed about 10F (6C) below the desired temperature of the outer surface of the evaporator. Cut-pressure should be approximately the same as the highest allowable temperature of the evaporator.

Differential parameter will vary depending on temperature accuracy is required. A wide pressure drop will allow some variations of the temperature inside the Cabinet. He also increase the production cycle interval capacitor. (This means that the compressor will not run as often.) Differential value of close limitations will maintain a more uniform temperature in the Cabinet. However, this will reduce Cycling interval capacitor. The device will work more often. The pressure difference between cut and cut point depends on the refrigerant used. The total pressure drop is about 20 pounds per square inch for R-12, 22 psi for R-22, 16 psi for R-500 and 2b psi for R-502...
