Installation Of Hermetic Compressor

The compressor motor plant must be air exact replacement. Tt should be the same size as the one being replaced. The motor-compressor must be calculated on the low side of the required pressure (low, medium, or high). The recommended installation order of replacement of the motor-compressor:
  1. Thoroughly clean about 2 inches (50 mm) on the ends of suction, discharge, and oil pipes,
  2. Thoroughly clean the suction, discharge, and oils, connections lines on the motor-compressor.
  3. If the piercing valve and adapter is not installed, then do it. Connect the manifold.
  4. Connect the line. Use the adapter fittings, tube length, or extension, if necessary. The extender will allow you telescope EC pipes of motor-compressor in the suction and discharge lines. Cm.
