Instruction Manual

Use of a vacuum pump oil in the pump, when new. After 5 to 10 hours working time, the replacement of oil. Make sure that all the original oil is removed from the pump. After that, oil change every 30 hours of work when oil becomes dark due to suspended particles are drawn into the pump. This support will ensure maximum efficiency of the pump.

If the pump is operated for a considerable time for regular oil pump, oil drain and replace the dual-use of a vacuum pump oil. Drain the oil and replace the dual-use after 10 hours of work. Oil will likely be quite dark due to sludge removed from the pump. Operate the second charge of oil for 10 hours and drain again. The second oil consumption would still be dark. However, it is likely to be lighter than oil after the first 10 hours

Change the oil in 30 intervals. After that, change the oil before such intervals, if it becomes dark, due to suspended particles pulled into the pump. Be sure to change your oil every 30 h in the future to hold the vacuum pump in excellent condition.
