Receiver valves

The receivers can be equipped with two valves inlet and exhaust valve. Exhaust valve can have input in the form of a common connection, such as the elbow. Inlet valve allows closing the receiver should flow is formed between the compressor and receiver. Receiver output valve is important when the system “pumped down, " when the reasons for all the refrigerant is transmitted to the receiver for temporary storage (see Fig. 11-56).
