Reciprocating compressor discharge temperature

Technical information Compressors Refrigerating System. Reciprocating compressors

Piston compressors

The vast majority of reciprocating compressors to compress refrigerant gas only on the forward stroke built single acting in the large capacity range up to hundreds of kilowatts. Model these compressors can be with one or cylinder multicylinder in V (Fig. 3.7), W, radial lines or form. The power required for the compressor can be provided either directly by the engine or indirectly by means of a belt or gear drive. These compressors cylinders , clearance volume, compression, size suction superheat valve, pressure drops, and the refrigerant oil data basic settings that affect their effectiveness. Choice of a way of cooling depends on the discharge temperature. For example, when the discharge temperature is low, as in R-134a compressors, air cooling is usually chosen. Water cooling, which uses high discharge temperature occur.

Please note that Danfoss Maneurop герметичный reciprocating compressors are specially designed for use in a wide range of operating conditions.

The concept has proven its reliability and durability in low, medium and high temperatures. Suction gas enters the compressor and the cooling of the electric motor. The circular design of the valve and profiled piston ensure effective compression. Gas discharge passes through the built-in silencer for removal of oscillations of the gas, which reduces noise and vibration. Internal discharge line passes through the sump care about the oil temperature is high enough to evaporate the possible ingress of liquid refrigerant in the compressor.
