Refrigerating Systems. Vane compressors

There are two main types vane compressors, single-vane (rotary) and multivane. Rotary compressor simply consists of a cold, eccentric rotor cavity. Simple, compact design Robust design with few moving parts, easy to access and maintain, easy to replace parts, highly reliable and durable.
In single-stage compression: the nature of the design makes a sufficient compression in one stage, resulting in a very high compression ratio during the cycle, as well as improving energy efficiency, reducing the risk of errors and reduce maintenance requirements.
Direct axial coupling the electric motor of a Direct connection is possible because the high compression allows speeds are low, eliminating the need to transfer or gears. Fewer parts, the lower the energy dissipation and simplified maintenance.
Low rotation speed: lower speeds to reduce vibration, thereby reducing the level of noise and wear, lower temperature and eliminating the need for funds.
